THIS SITE IS ABOUT 1.5 KM FROM KARUNYA UNIVERSITY, CHINMAYA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL & 400 METERS FROM THE SIRUVANI MAIN ROAD.
The land is situated in an excellent location surrounded by Lush Green Western Ghats on both South & West Side which you can see only in movies & posters. All the sites are 25 cents each with 16 coconut trees (fully grown with excellent yield & drip) OR 25 Nos of fruit trees of 5 varieties & tar road. Kovai Kuttralam is just about 2 km from this site which is getting developed as one of the tourist destination of Tamilnadu Tourism. Sweet water is available within 50-60 feet depth & there are 3 mineral water bottling plant within 500 meters from this site.
Excellent climate with herbal air & lush green mountain with lot of water falls surrounding & sweet water within 26 KM from Coimbatore, once it companies start their operations in Coimbatore,this area is going to become one of the best picnic spot of Coimbatore since there is no other place with water falls (Kovai Kuttralam), green surroundings & sweet ground water.
