1.What makes the location of the project interesting?
TVH's Svaya is a contemporary built-up community constructed in Sriperumbudur, one of the best industrial belts of Chennai. Contained by 13 acres of green foliage, TVH Svaya provides 832 apartments well-resourced with a plethora of contemporary facilities for your family. This property is located within 6-8 kilometers from the thousands of companies in the industrial park such Hyundai, Nokia, Caparo, Asian Paints, St. Gobain, Apollo Tyres etc. Moreover, the finest engineering colleges such as Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, Panimalar and Rajalakshmi Engineering colleges are not so far away.

2.Facilities in the project vicinity/neighborhood?
A primary school and a medical shop will be set up within the complex itself. As Sriperumbudur is a fully developed township, there is no dearth for commercial activities.

3.Type of flats on offer?
These are value homes that are available as 1, 2 & 3BHK apartments ranging from 555 to 1085 Sqft.##MORE##

This property comes with a clubhouse that is built across 3500 sqft. We provide a modern gymnasium, a swimming pool, badminton court, open air theatre, Community hall, children’s play area and a jogging track.

The going rate is Rs. 2250/sq ft. The basic price is in the range of Rs. 13 Lacs to 27 Lacs. The UDS would be 72% of the flat’s area. The all inclusive prices are Rs. 14 Lacs for 1BHK and Rs. 17-22 Lacs for 2BHK.

6.The payment schedule?
Two phases are complete as of now. Bookings are open for Phase II. Within 40 - 45days of paying the booking advance, almost 90% of the project cost will have to be paid.

Almost all the banks have approved for loans for this project. So we will assist our customers in getting the loans without any hassles.

8.List all sanctions obtained from government bodies?
TVH Svaya is DTCP approved. Other approvals such as Metro Water, Electricity Board, Sewage etc. will be applied for as and when the blocks are completed.

9.Who are the customers that the builder is targeting for TVH Svaya?
We are primarily targeting those people who are employed in the 2000+ companies in the Sriperumbudur area. This is because they can commute to and fro without getting stuck in the traffic.

10.Timelines for completing TVH Svaya. What happens if the project is not completed on time?
There are totally 33 blocks. We expect the project to be complete by December 2011.

11.Details about car park/water/gas connection/level of customization offered, if any?
Covered car park at Rs. 1 Lac is absorbed in the all-inclusive price for 2BHK apartments. 1BHK owners will get open car parking space for Rs. 25000. We will get metro water and ground water supply.

12.Projects already completed/ongoing and future projects?
We just completed the Beliciaa Towers project. We have more and more projects in the pipeline that are regularly updated on our website.

13.Maintenance/formation of society post completion?
Maintenance will be charged at Re. 1/sq ft. We will take amount equivalent to 6 months of charges as deposit. An association will be formed and the buyers will pay the charges to the association.
