Main Door : Teak Wood Frame with Teak Wood Shutters with Moulded Skin –With Godrej or equivalent Cylindrical locks, tower Bolts and latch and View Eye.

Toilet Doors  With Waterproofed on both sides –seasoned wood..

Windows
UPVC  Of Fenesta or Equivalent..quality..with Safety grills and locks/bolts.

Bathrooms
Anti-skid tiles on the floors. Walls with ceramic designer concept tiles — white sanitary ware, with wall mounted EWC of Parryware or equivalent and wash basin faucets, taps, shower heads, and health faucets of Jaguar or equivalent. Hand rail for seniors can be installed in shower area upon request.

Kitchen 
Black granite platform with a Nirali/Franki stainless steel sink with drain board.

Electrical
Concealed wiring and cabling with 3 phase supply/switches with points 5, 15 and 20 amps as required for appliances. “Provision” for air conditioners in all bedrooms, drawing room and for Aquaguard, fridge, grinder, microwave in the kitchen. Telephone points, TV outlet points in drawing and bed rooms.

Plumbing
All plumbing will be concealed in the roof slab for aesthetic appeal and durability.

Disinfection
Anti termite treatment for the entire home will be done from the base upwards. In 2 steps, at the time of foundation, ground floor PCC and at the finishing stage.

General Amenities

For each home, an individual  overhead tank for  the  borewell water and a separate  motor and  water tank for Drinking  Water.  Also a separate Septic tank…for each home..

Special Luxury Amenities

A fully modern modular kitchen. Provision for a refrigerator, a washing machine and a microwave oven and a grinder mixer. An aqua water purifier with Ro process will be provided in each kitchen. The payment schedule
A buyer has to make an initial deposit of 20% of the Villa cost on booking and 30% after one month period. Subsequent payments are in 5% installments as per the progress.
