The ASM will be responsible for managing a team of Business Development executives for an identified region.
The responsibilities also include the entire gamut of Lead management, customer acquisition campaigns, Lead generation, new builder acquisition and Service Delivery ensuring customer retention.
Another integral part of the role will be to provide market intelligence, data analytics and insights for the Marketing team to launch the right promotional and customer communication initiatives.
This position will report to the Regional Sales Head
Should be a Graduate with at least 8 - 10 years of industry experience in Sales
Should have managed a team of sales / operations staff
The KAM will playing the crucial role of Developing Business, Building lasting relationships with assigned Key Accounts
The KAM will require to ensure Business acumen is fully applied into Sales and Operations achieving the set Targets with a go getter attitude.
The role also involves, Marketing and Product promotions, Process management and Planning strategies as key objectives
The role will require a KAM to interact with Top Clients [Builders] in the Industry by following the B2B sales model.
Excellent presentation and effective communication skills along with experience in Sales and Service can land you this dream job.
Should have at least 5-7 years of experience in Sales in a related industry
The RM is one who exhibits a high degree of Business Development Orientation, with the right work attitude, developing sales along with Lead Generation and follow up with customers, and most of all a good business acumen in conceptual and analytical skills.
